WEEKEND PREVIEW
Today see's Langholm travel up the road to Melrose. Last weeks team was young but Big Dunc's Youth Policy see's it even younger this week, as Spx returns from injury giving us an average age below 23. The weather forecast is for it to stay mainly dry with the chance of a wee shower about tea time. Melrose were unable to fufill their fixture last week so lets hope they can find eleven in what against the young Langholm side should be a competative game.
The 2nd's this week host Kelso at the Castleholm, another dry day is forecast so we won't need to put the roof across. The Border Reserve League is wide open with 6 or 7 teams still in the hunt so it is still possible for us to retain the title.

FRIDAY NIGHT MATCH POSTPONED
This week's Friday Night League match between The Rugby Club and Buccleuch Estates has been postponed to later in the season.

LANGHOLM SECURE 3 WICKET VICTORY
After a run of three successive defeats Langholm finally got back with a three wicket victory on the Castleholm. Hawick's total of 179 proved not enough as Langholm overhauled it in 41 overs.

2NDS RECORD 10 WICKET VICTORY
Langholm 2nds defeated Melrose by 10 wickets in their Border Reserve League Match. Melrose's total of 128 proved no problem for Langholm openers Andrew Bell and Jamie Ashton-Smith who both recorded 50's in the run chase.

LANGHOLM CC 100 CLUB
 Just a reminder to all those who paid their year's subscription to the 100 Club last year. Payment is now due for 2009/2010.
The draw has now been delayed to the end of the month to allow more people to pay.
